Shifting Balance

The space we inhabit, the environment, be it local or global, exists in a state of delicate equilibrium. Change is constant and integral to life itself: nothing is immutable. Although our relationship with the land is fleeting it comes with a duty of (kaitiakitanga) care. The marks we leave behind can have lasting consequences. So shifting balance I thought I’d stay away from direct references to pattern, leaving that up to the viewer to make that conclusion.
